Give your child a fun-filled birthday at TCA! With two different party packages ranging from 90 – 120 minutes, we guarantee to have a party plan that will give your child a high-energy, active celebration to remember. Parents, sit back, enjoy the party and watch us do the rest, all the fun without all the headache and hassle. Be as hands on or as hands off as you’d like to be!
You provide the food, drinks, plate settings and decorations and we will provide the fun!
Children (ages 5-14) will have a blast socializing with friends, playing games and enjoying free playtime at Texas Crush Athletics Open Gyms. On select Friday nights, TCA hosts Open Gym, giving parents a night to relax and a place to keep your child safe, physically active and having fun to kick start the weekend!
Kids (ages 3-14 & potty trained) will enjoy learning, playing games, and participating in team-building and problem-solving activities all built around fun. Camp dates will vary throughout the year. Check with our front desk for more information.
Walk-ins welcome. Camp is non-refundable. Discounts available on a week to week basis.
Private Lessons are a wonderful way for your child to work on specific skills that are needed for advancement. If you are interested in Private Lessons, please follow this procedure.
The parent is responsible for contacting the instructor of their choice. It is the instructor’s responsibility to arrange a lesson time with the parent.
The lesson can be scheduled any time that is agreeable to both the instructor and parent, provided that the private lesson will not interfere with any regularly scheduled classes or other scheduled activity.
It is the parent’s responsibility to call the Instructor to change or cancel a Private Lesson. When possible, please call a few days in advance so the instructor is notified in time to schedule other arrangements. The instructor is responsible for contacting the parent if he/she needs to make changes.
In the event a student is unable to attend the Private Lesson, please notify the instructor no less than 8 hours of the lesson. Failure to do this will result in full payment due. This policy is necessary for the instructors to schedule their time around the private lesson.
Lesson Payment
The lesson can be paid to the instructor however both parties choose to arrange it. Costs of services are based on each individual instructor’s experience, and are set by them accordingly.
TCA IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED LESSONS, MISUNDERSTANDINGS WITH YOUR LESSON INSTRUCTOR, OR FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEBTS/CREDITS THAT MAY ACCRUE WHILE WORKING ONE ON ONE.
