All Star Cheer is a discipline of cheer that involves athletes performing a 2 ½ minute routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dance, and cheer segments. Join our All-Star cheer program to have your athlete shine bright like the stars of the Texas sky!
Tumbling at TCA is the execution of acrobatic movements such as rolls, twists, handsprings, or somersaults on floor mats or on the ground. TCA’s technique will have your athlete flippin’ out in all the best ways!
TCA offers both recreational and competitive gymnastics.
Recreational gymnastics, as its name suggests, caters to anyone from your little or big ones who are just starting out in the sport, to seasoned gymnasts who’d like to train without the pressure of competitions. The term competitive gymnastics is a loose way to describe the sport of gymnastics, once gymnasts are competing – which they can start at an early level.
TCA has something to offer everyone starting at age 2 years old! These classes introduce organized activity in a safe, welcoming environment. Preschool gymnastics, and Preschool Tumbling teaches children to listen to directions and take turns. It also introduces social skills with peers and adults.
TCA offers a variety of camps and clinics throughout the year! Check in with us seasonally as we will offer camps for thrills, and training clinics for skills! These programs will allow you to drop off and go, as your athlete will have a great time enjoying themselves at the gym.
